Today’s task was Cardio Jog, alternating walking and running for thirty minutes. However, I started out walking and had to finish off at thirty-five minutes instead of thirty. It was a much better workout session than yesterday. However, I need to eat more meals during the day. It’s not that I was fatigued but would have felt a bit stronger with more fuel in my system. It’s weird that snacking is so important in a fitness regime but it really is, and I have to make a conscious effort to do it. Of course, the snacks have to be healthy so chocolate chip cookies; cheesecake and ice cream are out of the question. However, well seasoned boiled corn hits the spot. In addition to steamed carrots, pretzels and hummus. It’s not conventional but it’s worth it in the long run. I finished off with the Exercise TV Sport Cool Down, so that I can walk tomorrow...and run. This was My Fitness Revolution: Day 326.
