At long last and because my sister made me, I completed an abbreviated workout tonight. I had intended on getting it done earlier today but set some kind of record for napping instead. Fifteen minutes on the treadmill with arm exercises then the full schedule of crunches, push-ups and flexibility stretches. It wasn't easy and I should have spent more time cooling down before showering. Despite that, the fitness revolution is back in gear and I plan on barrelling right into 2012. No retreat, no surrender and no excuses!
